Planning Specialist
Current-Project manager for office planning, coordinating with various departments in optimizing seating arrangement and establishing new office locations-Update monthly managerial accounting P/L and customize the data to different counterparties-Monitor company headcount and hiring process on a monthly basis. -Help departments heads create executive meeting material and approval applications related to organizational changes-Update the global org chart monthly which is used company-wide as a tool for new joiners, evidence for audits and regulators’ examinations, etc.-Temporarily assigned as Executive Assistant for Chairperson and CEO while working on primary assignments-Complete ad-hoc projects and assignments in a timely fashion
