In this newly created role, I'm excited about the opportunity to reimagine how our people experience and engage with work. I'm responsible for leading Talent Communications to create positive outcomes through innovative and market-leading communications experiences for our 14,000 workforce.

As Chief of Staff for Human Capital Australia, I work with the HC Leadership Team to set strategies and goals for the business, track progress and make recommendations. I flex across both strategic and operational initiatives – including growth strategies, workforce engagement, and people and culture initiatives.

I drive strategic business outcomes through creative and design-led solutions to enhance employee engagement at some of Australia’s most high-profile and influential private and public organisations. My diverse role spans across narrative and communications strategies, content creation, and creative direction of design and experience materials at the.

In the MCBD team, I led creatives across Australia to bring Deloitte’s brand to life. Whether it was uplifting the employee experience through culture campaigns, or communicating with customers through integrated marketing and storytelling campaigns and events, my role was to ensure every touchpoint was human-centred and consistent with Deloitte’s global.

Boden is a quintessentially British fashion brand that is bold, fun and playful. While living in London, I joined Boden as an in-house designer focusing on brand activations, marketing and press material across print and digital media – bringing to life Boden’s distinct brand and tone of voice across all touchpoints.

In London, I freelanced both in-house and in creative agencies including: Marks and Spencer, Topshop, Camelot, Karmarama, We Are Social and Instinctif.

Debaser was an ARIA award-winning boutique design studio specialising in album cover artwork and music industry-related marketing materials for some of the leading bands in Australia, working closely with record labels such as Sony, EMI, Universal and ABC Music.
