About Vanessa Prata
I have several professions - journalist, teacher, entrepreneur, photographer - but always with a link joining them all: the desire to share knowledge and experiences and to help people develop their potential more and more.Besides being a cofounder of ponteAponte, where I am communications director, I participated in the creation of our coworking, Casinha 161, and I have also worked as an English teacher for over 20 years (once a teacher, always a teacher!). I worked for about ten years as a journalist in magazines of the most diverse subjects (from handicrafts and cooking to architecture and construction, including business, education and photography magazines), being a reporter and editor. I also worked as a translator, having translated three books and articles, and I am the author of the e-book Movie Activities for English Classes and the photobook Flashes de Percepção.I have a master's degree in Languages (USP), a graduate degree in Translation (Anhanguera), a bachelor's degree in Social Communication (Cásper Líbero) and I have just finished my technical course in Photography. I'm currently attending an MBA (FGV) in Management, Leadership and Innovation. I have Cambridge certificates ICELT, CPE, CAE and TKT. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have intermediate knowledge of Italian and French. Passionate about traveling, photography and constant learning, I have taken several online courses.--About ponteAponte (www.ponteaponte.com.br)We are a consultancy created in 2011 with a focus on qualifying social investment, expanding its positive impact.
