BA Functions- Be familiar with the role of the Product Owner. Act as the main liaison between the Client Product Owner and the Via Appia Technical Consultants. Support the Client Product Owner with requirements review and solutions identification. Assist and Guide the Client Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog. - Work with clients to understand their business requirements, needs, and objectives applying requirements gathering techniques and tools. - Coordinate activities with the Scrum Master- Lead Functional Knowledge Transfer sessions with the client project team, explaining the features and functionalities of the delivered application(s). - Develop and lead requirements discovery workshops and activities.- Performing and mapping gap analysis for the solution.- Ensure compliance with the client's internal and external company policies and procedures.- Prepare documents and proper guidelines that would allow other consultants to do further changes or fixes with due efforts.- Assist in building the product backlog and the acceptance criteria for each user story.QA Functions- Prepare testing strategies for internal QA testing. Lead front end testing and verify that test output/results meet the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done of agreed Sprint deliverables. Ensure the quality and readiness of deliverables for Sprint Demo / Review. - Coordinate with Technical Consultants on product defects and issues. Assign prioritization and severity of identified defects and issues as well as monitor and confirm their resolution.- Assist clients in preparing test strategies and execution plans for User Acceptance Testing. - Prepare, develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate the implementations.- Ensures that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete, correct and tested.- Prepare user guides and other functional documentations.- Conduct proper training for the clients.

- Team Lead of Project Management team of one of the platforms (Connect) in the company and an efficient leader able to inspire and motivate team members to work together towards project oriented goals.- Served as a consultant of one of the company's platform and main point of contact for any escalation and provides solution with strong leadership capabilities.- Allocates projects within the team, monitor overall projects which are under proposal or commissioned and provide support within the team if required.- Has an overall responsibility of setting up a project, coordinating with the clients, monitoring the whole operations process, allocating resources, managing the production of required deliverable and performing all aspects of managing quality.- Oversee and finalize overall project cost estimation based on study design/requirements and share with client service team.- Proactively lists all the relevant internal and external information that will be required for the project specific requirements and notifies client service team and operations team to these needs.- Executes project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outcomes as per agreed design tool, timeline, and budget established.- Lead and attend kick-off call meetings, project briefing with operations team, regular status calls and provide project updates, handling queries, supporting and guiding all relevant teams.- Coordinate with different stakeholders i.e CS team, Scripting, DP, Charting, Regional and Local PRM to ensure smooth execution of projects.- Proactively manage the client relationship - kick-offs, regular updates, day-to-day management - in the course of project life or proposals and provides feedback to clients on the progress of projects.- Take accountability of schedules or deadlines - actively escalate and consult with respective teams in case established timeline is not being met.

- Data programmer and experience in IBM SPSS Data Collection Base Professional.- Served as a Data processor which includes data restructuring, manipulation and tabulation to provide readable data output to the client.
