Provide residents with around the clock assistance and security. Maintain control of guests, realtors and vendors attempting to access the property. Assist with moves, deliveries and move-outs. Represent the brand of the elite condo-community, and adhere to all rules and regulations set in place by the HOA—as well as ensure all tenants are as well.

Ensure the smooth and timely production of all clients’ orders—from approval, through the entire production process (including revisions, sample approval, issues, shipping, etc.). Communicate efficiently with our local staff, overseas vendors, and China satellite office. Assist sales team with product info, pricing and shipping inquiries.
