Product MIS and Business Planning and Analysis for the offshore and onshore Lending/Guarantees products, Channel and Trade finance products (Middle Market and Corporate).As the BP&A, the activities include pipeline reports, flashes, plan and forecasts for the local and global Business Heads and Product Managers (product/tier view).As the MIS/Controller the focus is ensuring the data integrity of the local/global Data Warehouses versus the general ledger. Also part of the routine is the maintenance and creation of the accounting structure (US/BR GAAP) for existing or new products together with the Business department and Accounting Policy team.

BP&A and MIS for Leasing products and loans originally provided by BNDES and support for the Trade Finance, Channel Finance and Corporate Loan Portfolio analysts (closing, pipelines and commitments monitoring, flashes, planning, forecasts, sales campaign for receivables, profitability and end of period reporting for Local/Regional/Global Business Head).This position would also require the monitoring of write-offs, recoveries and loan loss reserves for the GTS loan products.

The main responsibilities would be to analyze, monitor and allocate losses and expenses generated by operational error, managerial decision or litigation. For that, it was necessary to investigate the root cause in case of losses and suggest improvements and updates conjointly with the Compliance department and the business head involved. Weekly/monthly reports on losses/expenses/earning adjustments were sent to the Operations, Technology and Sales Heads.As a mean to prevent those costs, it was important to review the operations process manual, pin pointing the potential risks and suggesting improvements.
