Lead the mobile game operation team to adapt Chinese games to overseas markets

Lead the mobile game publishing department in Chengdu Morefun Online. Focus on publishing and monetizing high-quality games in various areas including Chinese mainland,, SEA, North America etc. Duties:A. Build the publishing team, hiring over 25 staff, and managing 20 staff currently. B. Make the proper decisions on both user acquisition and monetization strategy, aiming at making maximum value from each title C. Build co-working with several internal and oversea advertising providers. D. Act as business interface in importing DANAOSANGUO's SEA countries publishing co-working to Morefun E. Do competitor research regularly, to make sure we are moving to the right direction.

Duties on global released projects:A. Performance analysis – Find the existed issues via data analysis, and provide solutions.B. Send the post mortem report to the team members when there is significant events, like first release, update or being featured. To help us act fast when any issues occurred.C. List the data that need to be tracked, to build the tracking system.D. Make planning on promos and events. Co-work with support teams and make sure events are well performed.E. Work with BPMs located in other studios on improving the performance as well as user experience of the games released in China.F. Follow up closely the trend of the mobile game market. Play and gather data of the top grossing games. Learn their best practices on retention and monetization. Try to use them in our games.G. Decide the IAP prices, And design the Chinese style monetization features,, like 1st purchase reward, monthly card, VIP system etc. D. Follow up the update plan and current status of creation team. Make our own update plan based on this.. E. Share the best practice we’ve got on the Chinese version, and push creation team to implement the similar systems to boost the performance on iOS as well. F. Keep following the trend of the Android market. Do research on competitors periodically.
