At Terra Lana, I was a part of the senior leadership team and helped to transform the Customer Service Centre into a highly professional and efficient department in 6 months, contributing to a record-breaking, highest-grossing sales year.โ๏ธ Throughout my career in Airport Operations, I thrived in a busy airport environment where no two days were alike. I helped lead a successful team to deliver operational and business goals safely and efficiently. Highlights include facilitating the QAC Education Program, presenting monthly safety talks and helping plan multiple Airport Safety Weeks.๐๏ธOne of my best experiences was my summer in beautiful Milford Sound Piopiotahi working for Airways in the busy Milford Sound Tower, helping to create safe skies for our general aviation community and provide support for the Milford Sound community. ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ผ A bit more about me: I hail from North Dakota, USA, moved to Queenstown in 2011, and like many others, fell in love with the mountains and never left.
