Vanessa Webber has been involved in a diverse array of multi-million dollar projects as an independent business and communications consultant. Utilizing exceptional writing and research skills, Ms. Webber develops and writes business and marketing plans, proposals, investment presentations and marketing collateral. Industry segments include real estate development with an emphasis on luxury hotel/residential projects, development of a multi-sport complex, entertainment projects including endorsement deals, cable networks, television show concepts, film and recording industry, technology, manufacturing and retail concepts. Ms. Webber's experience also includes conceptualizing, implementing and managing special events, developing sponsorship proposals, planning new product launches and coordinating sales promotions and celebrity appearances. She was a member of the event team that coordinated a benefit for the Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation which raised over $2 million for the foundation. She was the assistant producer for the First Annual “Celebration of Life – A Tribute to Walter Payton.” The concert, featuring Patti LaBelle and Jeffrey Osborne, was a benefit for the Walter Payton Cancer Fund. The event grossed more than $100,000 and received national coverage in both print and broadcast media. Ms. Webber collaborated with a team to produce a 3-D infomercial featuring Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. Her role was production assistant and still photographer.
