I have over four years of experience in the food and beverage industry, working with various platforms and channels to create demand and enhance customer experience.I have a strong background in retail marketing, having graduated with a second upper honours degree from The University of Stirling, and a diploma in hospitality and tourism management from Temasek Polytechnic. I am skilled in using various tools and software, such as SAP, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and Visual Composer, to design and deliver effective marketing materials and presentations. I am also proficient in social media marketing, having managed multiple campaigns and platforms for Chope, a leading online restaurant reservation service in Southeast Asia, where I worked as a Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist before joining Grab.I am passionate about building and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners, and providing them with the best solutions and support to grow their business and reach their goals.
