Was a member of the Delhi University Innovation Project titled "Wholistic Approach to Battle Cancer ". The project targeted battling cancer by all means, computational methods to find solutions as well as spreading social awareness. I selected Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of interest from large databases using their API's (with my mentors Dr.Mahima Kaushik's expertise in the same) and using sliding window algorithm we tried to ascertain where good tertiary structures could from to suppress the expression of the cancer causing polymorphisms.
