Roles and Responsibilities:Posting the Job requirements and sourcing resumes for internal and Client requirements and doing mass mailing by using Naukri and LinkedIn JOB Portals.While screening professionally taking preliminary interviews over phone with the sourced candidates and negotiating the ECTC and Notice Period based on their work experience and company standards.Formatting the screened profiles in the Company’s format and submitting them to the Account Manager for shortlisting.Scheduling the Telephonic / F2F interviews with Client for the Shortlisted Candidates.Following up with the Scheduled Candidates till the end of the interview with the Client.Collecting the necessary documents (scanned copies) from the Selected Candidates for Internal / Client requirements for initiating the offer.Keeping in touch with the offered Candidates till their Onboarding.Conducting walk-ins / Drives for specific requirements on a weekly / monthly basis.Attending Weekly internal meetings and preparing Daily MIS reports.Daily Reporting to the Account Manager.End to End IT Recruitment.Clients: worked: Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, CGI, Akkodis, Smart Stream, Prodapt, People10, Verizon, Fujitsu, UST, Quest Global, EY, Gramaner, Kloud9, Virtusa, ALSTOM, HGS, HCL, Wipro, ..
