My journey from Vietnam to the United States wasn't always smooth, but it taught me important lessons in determination, adaptability, and effective communication. When I first arrived, I learned English not just from classes, but also from watching TV shows and various movies, which helped me connect with American culture.As time went on, my love for movies and TV turned into a deep appreciation for storytelling and a passion for entertainment marketing. I realized that these stories are more than just entertainment – they reflect culture, emotions, and the human experience, and I wanted to be a part of that.I also got a chance to work with the Athletics Video Production Crew at Cal Poly Pomona (CPP), where I learned about storytelling and handling high-pressure situations. My dream is to contribute to a world where imagination has no limits, where diversity is celebrated, and where stories bring people together.Besides my creative interests, I was the Vice President of Creative Affairs for the American Marketing Association (AMA) at CPP, which gave me real-world experience in marketing and leadership. I organized meetings and created content for our social media, helping me learn more about the marketing field.
