Specific Duties and Responsibilities: o Responsible for maintaining the U-SU website including content updates, coding, and web graphics.o Responsible for creating the U-SU mobile app.o Responsible for U-SU website ATI compliance.o Keep up-to-date on web development and trends required.o Create Google Analytics reports and conduct analysis.o Develop and maintain the website technical manual.o Coordinates and monitors web designer projects.o Maintain the technology inventory for the department.o Maintain and troubleshoot all Mac workstations as needed.o Maintains department project portfolio and prepares monthly report of progress.o Maintains and updates all digital signage request.o Assists in develop the U-SU annual report, handbook, and reports as needed.o Assists in daily administration and supervision of the graphics department staff.o Assists in developing, training, and evaluating all graphics staff.o Assists in monitoring the department budget.o Attends bi-weekly staff meetings.o Assist in U-SU wide events.o Performs other duties as assigned.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:o Design, maintains and monitor the Loker Student Union website and affiliate websites, including setting upadditional pages and pop-up windows as required following standards of section 508.o Analyze and provide suggestion/s regarding page layouts.o Effectively utilize illustrations, photography, and clip art to enhance website or online material.o Design, edit and enhance images suitable for internet publishing.o Create PDF for forms, documents and/or large publications.o Develop promotions for the LSU through social media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).o Consults with Manager, Marketing, Programs and Assessments to develop ad/promo packages as requested.o Receive and complete a high volume of publicity request for the LSUo Proven knowledge and ability in Web site design, WordPress, hand code HTML.o Knowledge of CSS, Javascript, PHP, and other programming languages, strongly preferred.o Knowledge of creating Web sites that pass W3 standards and ADA compliance, strongly preferred.o Proven knowledge and ability to use Apple and Windows PC platforms, Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (AdobePhotoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver), and Microsoft Office programs.o Knowledge of the principles of graphic design and typography including the ability to design, layout, and preparefinished artwork to develop a visual product.o Proficient verbal and written communication skills.o Attention to detail.
