1. Training:- Analyze needs and create training plans according to the annual development goals of the company/department.- Develop a competency training program framework for each job position- Manage and deploy training programs for the entire system- Coordinate with lecturers to build and standardize document content- Responsible for integration training for newly recruited employees.- Responsible for Training Skills training for management level. Establish an internal teaching team at the company.- Develop and control training policies and procedures at the unit.- Work with external training units to implement training programs to improve team capacity.- Manage training budget, evaluate training effectiveness after each training program. Implement KPI target setting of the Training Department2. Organizational development:- Develop and propose organizational models, and define roles for units and departments during the restructuring or new establishment phase.- Review and coordinate to adjust inappropriate structural models at branches- Work with related units to rebuild system titles, job positions and ranks according to the proposed organizational structure.- Coordinate with related parties to standardize job descriptions (JDs);- Coordinate with professional departments (Air, Sea, Log, Trucking, Sales,...) to build professional processes.- Support the implementation of ISO, CTPAT,...- Build and evaluate KPIs- Participate in the project to improve labor performance using OKRs
