I have always had a love for details, and for interiors in which wood and design are central. I have 35 years of experience with shop design and started out as a carpenter. I still draw on this hands-on experience with wood. Building shop layouts is always tailor-made. Because I have worked a lot with wood myself, I can properly estimate how materials work and how a design must be technically prepared and worked out in detail. Work preparation is everything! It saves money and time. In addition, I have experience in ordering materials and managing people aimed at realizing interior designs.Visualizing is a profession. Due to my interest in computer science and drawing programs, I have increasingly focused on 2d and 3d visualisations. Inspiring images and visualisations of interior design are essential for architects and designers to convince their clients. I have made it my profession and I want to excel in it.Over the past 10 years I have learned to work intensively with Autocad and Sketch up. I am proud of the drawings that I have been able to do for the facility organization of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein (PVH Europe). It started small with the development of floor plans for 'People's Place' in various, design-full buildings in Amsterdam's Houthaven and the old location on Stadhouderskade.
