She would assist with office duties when she found the time. Vanessa took pride in the work that she did, always aiming for accuracy and doing a fine job. I recall having a major project to complete for the State in July 2009 and Vanessa was the only person whom I had to assist. In order to not miss the project deadline and face severe penalties, Vanessa contacted another friend of hers who was authorized to volunteer and had the volunteer come to assist from 8 pm – 11 pm that night. They both assisted with the project in organizing the documents, collating, making copies, ensuring that everything was in order. Because of Vanessa’s intuitive thinking, we were able to complete the project on time that night. This is the type of dedication that some business people lack. If I had to recommend Vanessa for a position, I would not hesitate because I believe she will do the best job that she can.
