- Structured the company's Architecture team from the ground up, focusing on ensuring technical quality in projects, assessing risks and non-functional requirements, and supporting the business and commercial teams with new projects.- Due to the need to work with multiple squads on the same application, I re-architected the Smiles React Native app (GOL Airlines' loyalty program) into a modular Monorepo using NX.- Conducted several architectural assessments for our clients, including a performance and optimization assessment for GOL's React Native app, resulting in a roughly 50% reduction in the project's Bundle.js size, improving the app's performance and the team's development processes.

- Architected, developed, and led the React Native project for the Santander Esfera App (Santander's loyalty program) from scratch. The app now has over 1 million downloads and a 4.7 rating on the Play Store.- Managed the entire process of launching the app on Google Play and the App Store, followed by ongoing maintenance. The app has maintained a rating above 4.0 since its launch and has a crash rate below 1%.- In response to a business need to add new "mini-app" features within the app, I re-architected the project, applying the Vertical Slice concept and communication interfaces between modules to reduce project coupling and facilitate the work of different teams within the same application.- Developed the Product Showcase feature from scratch, transforming the app into an e-commerce platform. Applied various performance techniques such as infinite scrolling, batch rendering, image fallback, caching and component memoization, achieving excellent performance and a smooth user experience.
