Responsible for all technical matters within the laboratory, field testing operations and technical procedures.Interacting with the consultants, Contractors & government authorities such as DM, DEWA & ETISALAT.Ensuring that all employees are adequately trained & experienced in their field of discipline to perform their duties in a satisfactory manner.

Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Quality Manual & supporting Procedures.Conduct various audits like compliance audit, surveillance audit, and Accreditation audit, unannounced audit in all registered & accredited independent labs in Dubai. Systematic & regular viewing of Management system.Ensuring that all quality audits are implemented in accordance with the programmed schedule. Proficiency testing program planning scheduling and analyzing reports.Planning, conducting & evaluating Parallel test, re-checks with accredited Labs.

Sr. Lab supervisor responsible for all physical & mechanical testing of soil, aggregate and concrete.

Independently handled the quality control department for 5 years. Site engineer for the prestigious Samawa to Al Mutahana rail project in Iraq.
