A friend once sent me an Albert Einstein quote in which he described himself as ‘passionately curious.’ She told me my thirst for knowledge and desire to research everything reminded her of this. I’d also like to think she was likening me to Einstein.Hi! I’m Varsha and I am passionately curious.From the privilege of being born in the north east, I saw hills, forests, waterfalls, enormous tea gardens and the mighty Brahmaputra river from atom. And then at the age of 11, my parents sent me to Mayo College Girls’ School, a residential boarding school in Rajasthan. There I saw deserts, cactus plants, camels and met children of my age from all over the world. Maybe that’s where my inquisitiveness is rooted.Since Rajasthan, I have lived in Delhi while pursuing my graduation from Delhi University in B.Com (Hons). After which I moved to Mumbai for my post-graduation in MBA. And now I am finally in Bengaluru.Bengaluru is special as it is here that I got my very first job at Adobe working as a Deal Desk Analyst. Adobe made my transition to corporate life extremely smooth and this role has helped me to further strengthen my communication and reconciliation skills. While working here I have also inculcated 2 important habits which I am proud of and thankful for. I have become attentive to minute details and I have become adept at working in a demanding schedule. Besides personal development, learning how to use SFDC (Salesforece.com) is a sure bonus.When I’m not working, I’m probably improving old recipes, watching re runs of ‘The Office’ or trying to finish a book while sipping on some lemon and honey flavored green tea.
