My key responsibilities include managing academic operations, processing scholarships, addressing student grievances related to academic, financial, and examination matters, and overseeing the verification of academic documents during and post-admission.I have extensive experience in drafting and refining policies related to academic operations, admissions, program changes, and scholarships. Additionally, I handle statistical records for academic activities, admissions, office orders, and university communications. My role also involves collaborating with various departments, including admissions, finance, and ERP, to ensure seamless data management and updates across the university’s systems.Prior to my current role, I served as Deputy Manager of Academic Affairs & Admissions at Galgotias University, where I was responsible for similar administrative duties, along with improving policy frameworks and student document verification processes. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in administrative roles at Amitech Software Solutions and Srikrishna Institute of Management & Science.I am passionate about the education sector and committed to continuous learning and growth.
