Production Planning and Scheduling Analyzing Forecast Bias/Demand Trend based on current market trend and creating Production plans to mitigate shortage free supply.  Monitoring & controlling system master data and fixing strategy planning into system resulting with effective system optimizer plan. Stock requirement planning (SRP) by maintaining week inventory norms within minimum and maximum week cover limits. Capacity Planning: Drive the required production capacity. Machine Optimization and utilization. Collaboration with Material Planners to resolve material issues and adjust schedules due to production priorities or machine downtimes. Maintaining monthly and annual ending inventory budget requirements for finished goods. Monitoring Plan Vs Actual and take proactive steps to avoid failure in the supply.  DR: Ensure at least 90% dispatch rate by maintaining correct mix of stocks for SKU’s.  Preparing and presenting Weekly SRP, Monthly reports to mgmt.
