I am actively managing Verification part of FPGA prototyping solution series RPP, Protium, Vulcan. I am part of a team which brought this hardware platform from scratch to a dominant player in just 5 years and it is on its path to become market leader soon. Our main work it to provide our customers a solution on which they can bring up their SoC and then handover to their software engineers to run their regression suites. This enables to them to start developing software features before even they get their chip from fabrication and reduce Time to Market.Full Vision, Partition Replay, Save Restart and Record Replay are some of our key and differentiating offerings. I have played an active part in managing verification of all these features both individually and by leading a team.Some of key and active developments projects for which I am leading the verification efforts are :--Verification of optical links, switches and multi rack solution--Distributed Compile--Partition Replay and Clock Gating--Overall QOR both front and back endCustomer interaction, first response to issues, replicating customers issue in house is a parallel work which keeps on going throughout the year. I have built my team and helped build a larger verification team here at Cadence. I know what it takes to build a team from scratch be it hiring, trainings, ramping up, nurturing talent so that a larger organisation can be built.
