• Conducting structured process of competency framework creation, success profiling and assessments for leadership hiring for an EPC organization dominant in the Power Sector to get a comprehensive view on the leadership capabilities of candidates

• Designed a structured leadership assessment program by launching an online assessment framework for ~1,700 senior leaders based on the organizations competency framework; also created Individual Development Plans for all participants
