Spearheaded the development of a user progress report system to enhance student confidence in their courses, with a focus on optimizing user retention.Designed and executed a comprehensive study to evaluate the correlation between the user retention and the developement of end user based on the users learning curve to get a valuable insights.Gathered valuable feedback from over 50+ users, leading to a significant demand from 10% of users for similar progress reports in other courses.Enhanced the user experience by implementing process improvements and iterating on the leaderboard and in-class performance reports, achieving 100% user engagement in the experiment.Leveraged user feedback to drive increased participation in classes, ultimately improving overall class engagement.

Drove successful placement processes at IIT Madras 2019-2023 as a key member of the Placement and Internship Team.
