 Head end to end Risk Management operations for the 60% of the national portfolio across all retail lending products in India amounting to INR 24 Bn. This role included the following key responsibilities: - Review risk measurement matrices and implement bucket wise collections strategy.- Monitor fraud indicators and execute fraud prevention controls. - Financial Performance – minimize net credit loss within budgetary cost constraints. - Relationship management with internal stakeholders and external vendors.- Customer complaints & satisfaction- Employee engagement and development for ~ 200 FTEs. Key achievements: - Net credit loss of INR 160 MM against target of INR 265 MM (40% better).- Managed delivery at a cost 10% less than the budget (INR 59MM against the budget of INR 67MM)- Customer Complaints brought at an all time low with a fall of nearly 90%, through focused collaboration and innovation in training for the frontline.- Managed talent and motivated team through effective Rewards and Incentive programs – won internal contests involving foreign trip.

Key responsibilities included: Build a high quality retails assets portfolio for the bank within the budgetary costs constraints. Credit policy development and implementation. SLAs for TAT and Quality of credit decision process. Employee engagement and development. Key achievements: Year on year productivity increase of 15%, through process improvements and automation. Innovated and implemented Quick Disbursal Process, which resulted in additional acquisition of INR 100MM per month at 18% lower cost and 30% reduction in early delinquencies. Partnered with Risk Strategy team to implement a robust credit policy using CIBIL scores.
