Trade settlement expert

• Working in Non-Trades Transactions Settlement team - Part of FS, responsible for supporting on MT578 Team and resolving queries.• Approve all Trade settlements allegement Received Free (RF) spend requests based on quantitative checks. • Successfully handling client queries and provides them required solution without any error and delay. • Providing and supporting multiple reports like on hold, rejects, future dated, cross matching reports, returns.• Managing Non Trade settlement with no fees charging issues with DB & Targo Bank tool’s GVo’s like IAN, IGES, IBEN etc.• To work on various standardization projects for the team. For e.g. Master tracker for capacity module, KOP Standardization & Monthly Dashboard for entire team's efforts.

• Working in Vendor Management & Administration team- Part of FP&A, responsible for supporting on various strategic Vendor side by getting involved in processing merchandise invoices, making payments and resolving queries.• Contracts Specialist to identify Contract Compliance of company.• Preparing invoice outstanding report to show Early Payment discount (EPD) allocation.• Approve all spend requests based on quantitative checks against available budget at a defined level of cost category and management areas in addition to existing qualitative approvals.• Successfully handling client queries and provides them required solution without any error and delay.• Centralization of standardization of activities for better control over processes being followed bank.• Proficiently interacted and developed strong relationship with clients by understanding their business.• Providing and supporting multiple reports like on hold, budget report, daily update of requisition for monthly review& KPI.• Handling invoice processing and SAP payments from 1 years.• Managing PO raising and invoices issues with Accenture team tool db buyer.• Did various Senior Management reporting include analysis of Budget and Forecast with actual data .• Handling variance analysis for the cost allocated to cost centres.• Supporting onshore business managers in preparing forecast report for all the externals working on different projects associated with DB.• To work on various standardization projects for the team.
