Current• Overall 9+ years of experience in Data Analysis along with around 4+ year experience in handling team as well.• Ability to understand and visualize data relationships• Responsible for a variety of data management/handling task such as data manipulation, data merging, data mapping, concatenating, formatting raw data, cleaning of raw data, calculations in data, stacking of data and presentation of data.• Well equipped with almost many functionalities of excel / handling most of the high complexity restructuring of data using excel using formulas as well as various restructuring methodologies.• Tabulating the data as per client need using tool QReady.• Creating score cards and many calculation files which are being required by the client for their analysis.• Worked almost in each domain i.e. Healthcare/Enduser/Retail/Entertainment/CSAT.• Knowledge of SPSS/Excel/Textpad and creating them as an when required.• Handling team of around 30+ people.• Good communication/analytical/problem solving skill.• Ability of calmly handling multiple tasks at same time and high pressure of team workload as well as client satisfaction along with own tasks.• Mentored many of the new trainees and when they joined.• Involved in almost each client communication both via call as well as e-mails.
