I am responsible for the sales performance of 41 retail outlets (Petrol Fueling Stations) of the corporation in Pune region. My job focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationship through the outlets, creating & identifying new business opportunities and executing the various marketing plans to meet the customer and the market requirement.My job also requires me to ensure coordination between the product supply locations and the retail outlets through implementation of logistic plan and execution schedule on daily basis. Customer service and satisfaction through proper Q&Q (Quality & Quantity) and thereby enhancing the corporation image in the minds of the customer is of primary importance.

I was responsible for coordination with different SBUs of the marketing department for envisaging the various project requirements and their feasibility. The implementation of various project management activities formed the part of the assignment. I was successful in coordination for the various marketing projects of the corporation (cumulative cost of approx. Rs. 800 Cr.) spread across the country.I was instrumental in successful completion of Army project in Ladakh region of Jammu & Kashmir. Petroleum Storage Tanks of various capacities were provided to army at its various locations spread across the region. The main challenge during execution of the project was limited execution time during the year and the variable terrain at each location necessitating varied approach for execution. The project required coordination with various stakeholders at all locations for its successful implementation.Additionally, as the Nodal Officer of the department, my job included preparation of all the evaluation reports, documents submission to higher management as per requirement. All such inputs were provided through various packages of MS Office. The job included collating various data that were received from different projects spread across the country and compile the same through various tools of MS office based on the requirements.

I was part of the team handling the LPG plant operations in Loni, Ghaziabad. Considering the strategic importance of the plant of being the only tap-off of the Jamnagar-Loni LPG Pipeline for the company in North India, my role was to ensure smooth pumping of the product both in receipt as well as dispatch. I had also developed an Operational & HRM module in the process system of the plant that enhanced the plant’s overall productivity as well as streamlined the regular operations. I was successful in meeting all the annual targets related to pumping, sales and operation of the plant.In addition, as in-charge of the security of the plant, there was sufficient emphasis given considering the importance of the job and during the tenure not a single instance of security lapse was noted that was appreciated by all industry partners and local authorities at the time.
