I started with a Financial Inclusion programme at Warangal for State Bank of Hyderabad.I took the first BFSI programme for the MBA students of JNTU Anantapur. I have been taking the Banking, Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange part of the programme (4weeks), regularly, since. This programme was subsequently re-christened as “Star Programme”, especially for Deutsche Bank in India. They had outsourced their hiring requirements to Stratadigm, under the train & hire model. So far, I have taken 18 such programmes of four – weeks duration each, at various locations like Bangalore, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Anantapur etc.Twice I was sent to Bank of America, Hyderabad to take sessions on ‘Roles and responsibilities of the various parties to a letter of credit’ and ‘SWIFT – Architecture and user applications’.I took a programme on Mutual Funds at Hyderabad, for candidates aspiring for selection by Kaarvy consultants.I took 60 hour programmes on Account Executive (AP/AR) for post-graduate students of Indian Institute of Management & Commerce, Hyderabad, and MBA students of St. Pious X degree and PG College for women, Nacharam, under the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) scheme.I took three Investor Appreciation Programmes for Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds at Bheemavaram, for the MBA students of Vishnu College and for the girl students of the Vishnu College for Women and for the employees of Hyderabad Telephones, at Hyderabad.I took sessions on banking, trade finance for the under-graduate students of Kakinada degree college at Kakinada, A.P. under the integrated TISS programme.

I am a professional Quiz Master, and have conducted several quiz programmes – inter-school, inter-collegiate, inter-corporate etc., organized by my bank – SBH, Rotary Club, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus etc.

I have been taken on board as a free- lance trainer by TMI E2E for their banking and sales related programmes for their various clients. I have taken six programmes, for the Business Development Executives of Axis Bank, of 6 days duration each, during Sept/Oct and Dec. 2016.

Served the bank for 40 years, in various capacities, in the areas of Retail and Corporate Banking, Credit Management, Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange.I held various assignments from the junior management to the senior management levels. I also served for one term (3 years) in the inspection and audit department of the bank. I retired in 2011 as Chief Manager, International Banking Department and Corporate & Institutional Banking Department, Head Office.
