During my industrial exposure at the Doubletree by Hilton Panaji, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments.Kitchen/Culinary department: efficiently handled live counters and learned the functioning of restaurant kitchen. Working as a team, I helped with pickup and replenishing stores and arranging commissary. I also maintained a good understanding of current menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.Food and Beverage Service: I worked in the banquet or all-day dining restaurant, skillfully anticipating and addressing guest service needs. Front Office: I gained experience in the front office and recreation departments, working as concierge and reservation, familiarizing myself with guest relations.Housekeeping/Laundry: I also worked in the housekeeping and laundry department, where I learned about laundry and floor maintenance.Overall, my industrial exposure at Doubletree by Hilton Panaji was an enriching experience, allowing me to develop a diverse set of skills across multiple departments.
