(May 2023 - July2023)- Assisted Office of Hon’ble MLA, East Delhi to furnish documentary data from multiple departments of GNCT of Delhi.- Managed feedback and grievance redressal mechanisms pertaining to issues of various public welfare schemes.- Organized security initiatives like installation of CCTV in the constituency to ensure safety of women and children.Fellow, Office of Health Minister, Dept. of Health and Family Welfare, GNCTD (January 2023 - April 2023)Government of NCT of Delhi through the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), a pioneer in Mental Health has partnered with United Way Delhi and launched a first-of-its kind initiative – providing primary mental health services to students through the School Mental Health Initiative (SMHI).- Identified KPIs and KRAs for the staff in the project implementation team.- Managed the partnership with other stakeholders/institutes/experts/consultants for offering various services in this project such as training, supervision, M& E, etc.- Reviewed standard operating procedures for the functioning of SMHI.- Supervised sensitively all critical and medico-legal cases of students and resolved them with the help of the Project Management Unit

- Anchored initiatives in resolving grievances related to the implementation of the POCSO Act, 2012, by implementing systems and processes that improved organisational efficiency and facilitated speedy, transparent, and fair grievance resolution.- Engaged in extensive research to develop policy notes, briefs, and analytical reports on critical topics, such as the Delay in Collection of FSL Reports in POCSO Cases, Pendency of POCSO Cases in Special Courts, Gaps in Victim Compensation, Non-Standardization of Medico-Legal Case Proformas, Roles and Responsibilities of Support Persons, and Non-production of POCSO Cases before CWCs. - Documented initiatives undertaken within the POCSO Division, preparing Quarterly and Annual Reports that highlighted achievements and identified areas for improvement.- Implemented the Smile Club project at the state level, which aimed to rehabilitate and reintegrate survivors of Child Sexual Abuse.- Undertook training and capacity building workshops on legal mechanisms of POCSO Act,2012 in colleges and urban communities. - Conducted data analysis and interpretation from agencies such as the Forensic Sciences Laboratory, Delhi State Legal Services Authority, and Directorate of Prosecution to improve conviction rates in POCSO Cases.- Served as an active member of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Committee, DCPCR.
