• Responsible for Talent Acquisition including initial screening, coordination with business, salary negotiation, rolling out offer letter, joining formalities, induction.• Sourcing using portals like Naukri, Timejobs, Monster, and headhunted for niche profiles.• Did Social media hiring using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.• Gradually involved in the Business partner cum HR operations role.• Handling 4 critical businesses: finance, risk, facility and operations for PAN India.• Campus placement from Tier 2 institutes like NITK, Amity etc.• Capacity planning.• Case Management.• Handling promotions and transfers.• Separation of the employee.• BGVC checks of previous employees.• Full and Final settlements.• Handling exit dashboard.

• Working in ITES vertical for reputed ITES , KPOs like Accenture, Infosys, EXL Inductis, Deutsche Bank Operation International, Northern Trust and many others for middle and senior level positions (lateral hiring).• Proficient working knowledge of Hirecraft Software in regards to manage offers , interviews, status of the papers sent and every essential information.• Mentoring new team members.• Attending con calls with clients and client meetings to have better understanding of their requirements, their expectations.• Market analysis as required by the client for various senior and executive level positions done.• Involved into sending protocol to our prospective clients.• Supporting team members in understanding the positions, client criteria, their hierarchy and targeted organizations.• Good understanding of Abacus for Accenture Consulting, Accenture Business Services.• Sourcing CVs from various portals and doing initial screening of the candidates, sharing the relevant profiles with the client.• Check references and extend job offers.• Thoroughly familiar with the client (organization) working and its policies in order to discuss CTC, working conditions and promotional opportunity with prospective employee.• Scheduling the shortlisted candidate for the interview schedule given by the client or availability of the candidate.• Proper co-ordination with the candidate from the first interview schedule till the joining of candidate.• Prepared daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports sent to the Head Operations of the company.• Analysing the reports to work accordingly with the individual targets as well as the team targets.• Give essential information and are there to help employees with the questions related to the company.
