Also determining the operational ratios for all operational business units. o Operational efficiency management of day to day sales and wage controls. o Managing the Thursday reforecast to ensure the weekend trade changes are initiated and measures are in place to check heavy uplifts. o Training the store managers and above store level operations managers on wage budgeting and the use of labour productivity system. o Conducting parameter checks for the stores to ensure accuracy of the fixed hours which have been allocated to the stores. o Training Process Specialists on operational performances to stores and its effects on the business costings. o Presentations to the wider Business Units teams on the operational organizational performance. o Work alongside IT team to implement enhancements and upgrades to the systems. o Was able to save the business $9 million in operational wages by optimising the system and ensuring the fixed hours allocated to the stores were aligned to the positions at the stores.
