-Co-founded the company in the capacity of product leader-Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap of 2 mobile apps and 3 web based applications-Made the entire partnership ecosystem, partnering with multiple top players in technology, marketing, customer support, logistics and payments

• Responsible for complete Order Management System for the organization from Gap analysis to New Process Creation to Review and Impact Assessment• Conceptualized and created processes around returns reducing customer ticket resolution time by 4x and saving 4 man days per week• Created new processes, technology products and involved in giving training to the internal teams and merchants which helped increase the scale of fulfillment operations in marketplace• Developed an algorithm that helps in estimating delivery date for the order in marketplace. This reduced calls and ticket count in customer support saving 2 man days per week• Conceptualized and created a product which helps in maintaining tight control on order processing SLA

• Team Lead - Performed platform upgrade for a critical payroll application from COBOL to ORACLE. This migration helped the organization to save 2 man-days per week in regular activities and saved around Rs. 1.5 lakhs in maintenance cost annually• Acted as Business Analyst for major ERP implementation at Loco Workshop, Lucknow• Rewarded with cash prize twice for valuable contribution towards the unit

Food Catering and Event Management Business.- Entrepreneurial venture which caterers to weddings, social events, corporate lunch and dinners- Responsible for entire event management on operational level which includes, contracting with vendors, logistic management.- Also took care of marketing in social media, yellow pages, etc.- Directly involved in major deals of corporate like RDSO, Northern Railway Cooperative Bank, etc.

• Worked for a Wall street giant in providing support for a critical application that helped traders in reconciling their EOD positions and also assist them in signing off risk on their portfolios• Worked closely with client on their requirements and resolved the issues within SLA. Received accolades from clients regarding the same• ‘On the Spot’ award for being a good team player and responsibly handling the critical issues and avoiding outage scenarios

• Lead migration of an application used for generating maintenance contracts, from one architecture setup to another. Presented the application for assessment to the architecture review board and got the approvals in record time and delivered the project well within delivery schedule
