I have learned to think about how the intended customer is likely to interact with the product/co. from their current standing, derive value from the product or service and the small but significant steps that can be taken to make transformative changes in positive consumer behaviour. At 21Knots Gourmet LLP, I've taken a step towards addressing a need close to my heart. We've transitioned into creating a platform that doesn't just offer clean-label ingredients and food products. It's a haven for those with specific dietary restrictions and nutritional requirements. I felt a genuine urge to make it personal, so our platform tailors recommendations, ensuring everyone finds what resonates with their unique dietary journey.The world of starting up is unpredictable, and I've had my share of ups and downs.
