From being clueless about my family business to becoming an integral part of ECMAS, my journey of joining and building ECMAS further is an unconventional one.I’m currently holding the position of Managing Director at the ECMAS Group of Companies, where I am responsible for defining the strategy and driving growth opportunities. Along with this, I also serve as a bridge between our internal R&D team and globally renowned external inventors and experts to facilitate the upgrade of our technologies and product portfolios. Growing up, I had little knowledge about my father and two uncles building a successful Unsaturated Polyester Resin manufacturing business. It was only after my master’s in the U.S. that I understood and appreciated the resin manufacturing empire my family had built.In 2007, my father and uncles established ECMAS Construction Chemicals as a separate entity to enter into manufacturing chemicals for the booming construction industry. So in 2012, I decided to leave my corporate career behind and join the newly established ECMAS Construction Chemicals. I then spearheaded efforts to build out the construction chemicals company from the ground up and handled all of ECMAS's strategic partnerships.We anchored our strategy around introducing a portfolio of highly technical product offerings through partnerships with global technology and R&D leaders.By 2015, we had successfully created a diverse, high-quality construction chemicals portfolio manufactured at our newly constructed facilities. Later in 2017, we truly started expanding our business, and it has only grown since.The future looks extremely promising, as we have established ECMAS Construction Chemicals as a respected homegrown brand known for our quality and customer-centric approach.As the managing director of ECMAS, I will push the boundaries of innovation to come up with smarter building materials that are more sustainable, durable, and effective than current standards.I would love to connect with similar thoughts out there, feel free to DM me!
