Played multiple role for this application migration project. - Acted as Lead BA - Worked closely with business and consultants to finalised requirement, scope finalisation.- SMEs functional areas- Project lead for offshore team at InfosysI also provided automation tool requirements to Developers for improving quality. Delivered 24 tools in that capacity that helped in faster deployment with reduced defects. Received 4 GEM awards for this project.

• Responsible for identifying and articulating business requirement of Retail Banking in the area of Payments and customer servicing. • Analysing and Defining user stories - Interact with the business to analyse the scenarios and come up with solutions- Closely coordinating with architects, developers and testers.- Handled multiple work areas including Alias Management, Online and offline customer experience, Bulk Payments • Active participation in sprint planning, product backlog grooming• Conducted DRG (Detailed Requirement Gathering) workshops for the Retail module, demonstrated the current system to showcase product fitment. • Articulated gaps and designed the approach and solution documents customer servicing which involved ISA accounts processing through BACS, FPS (Faster Payment System). The documents included the business requirement, proposed solution with proposed UI design, its impact on business, gaps in the current system and use cases.
