• Did thesis work on electrical characterization of semiconductor devices on face-to-face bonded SOI wafers.• Carried out on-chip wafer testing of semiconductor devices and characterized breakdown voltage of buried oxide layer on SOI wafers. Electrically evaluated the resistance of hybrid bonded daisy chain structures.• Theoretically calculated resistance of copper daisy chain structure and compared with actual results after the wafers were subjected to thermal cycling.• Created DOEs to measured safe operating area and on-state resistance of symmetrical and asymmetrical MOSFETs.• Attended several training courses related to semiconductor process flow.

• Designed high voltage 400V to 1kV Battery Management System with insulation monitoring.• Designed modular cell balancing circuit and PCB.• Designed circuit diagram and a four-layer PCB for an IoT module for electric vehicles to be able to provide features such as vehicle tracking, remote shutdown and supervisory control. • Designed circuit diagram for a multilevel battery management system that uses LIN protocol to communicate between several battery modules and provide redundancy in case of a BMS fault.

• Designed circuit diagram for a vehicle control unit. Simulated circuits for backup power supply to be able to work in 50degC ambient conditions. Designed the circuit as per AIS 140 standards.• Designed four-layer class 6C PCB for a 16-cell lithium-ion battery management system.• Designed circuit diagrams for a 32-cell 72V lithium phosphate battery management system. Isolation techniques were used to stack non-stackable battery monitors to deal with the shift in ground potential and appropriate protections were simulated and incorporated into the design.
