Storage Operation of the Petroleum Crude oil in the storage Tanks through the pipelines from the onshore production well and from flow station and maintaining the stock throughput in the tanks. Loading the crude oil from Shore tank to the Barges through the pipelines at jetty end and preparing the Ullage reports, Releasing the convey schedule for the barge off-loading to the vessels.Bunkering operations to vessels and to tug boats.

 Handlings class A, B & C petroleum products, diverse toxic chemicals and high-density cargo on volume basis and in weight basis. Daily duties like Gauging of the tanks, calculating the physical stock and comparing with the daily loading stock and with book stock and reporting the variations to operations incharge, checking of tank valve seals, Dyke areas.  As a Loading Master, Carry out Ship- shore safety inspection during every loading / unloading operation, Patrolling of dock… Show more  Handlings class A, B & C petroleum products, diverse toxic chemicals and high-density cargo on volume basis and in weight basis. Daily duties like Gauging of the tanks, calculating the physical stock and comparing with the daily loading stock and with book stock and reporting the variations to operations incharge, checking of tank valve seals, Dyke areas.  As a Loading Master, Carry out Ship- shore safety inspection during every loading / unloading operation, Patrolling of dock pipelines, Pre-loading check lists, collecting the shipment documents. As a Pipe Line Transfer(PLT) Incharge, coordinating with the MRPL coastal terminal regarding the transfer operations for Motor Spirit and Diesel.  As a Tanker lorry filling shed(TLF) Supervisor, allotting the loaders for the bays, ensuring that the tank trucks meets the appropriate criteria to load the respective products as per the loading order slip, Routine checking of the running pumps in Pump house for any leaks, failures or over load. As a Maintenance Supervisor, coordinating technically with the workers for the duties like hydro pressure testing of shipment hoses, Dock pipelines, Internal pipelines, Fire hoses and in-house calibration of PV- Valves, Pressure gauges, Proving tanks, Flow meters, Weigh bridge, Dip tapes, Hydrometers, Thermometers and Earth pit resistance checking, continuity checking of the pipelines, Starters checking, Running current amps checking, Motor windings checking and tank bottom plates welding joint vacuum box testing, bottom curb angles kerosene chalk leak checking, Plate thickness checking by ultrasonic meter and preparing the Reports for the results obtained and hand over to maintenance incharge.
