Meanwhile, I led techno commercial negotiation with customers, prior to executing the plan for engineering support, while managing supply and services contracts.I am currently leading an engineering team and grooming customer accounts which resulted in multi million revenue streams. Further, my emphasis has always been on identifying opportunities for workflow/process improvements and working with stakeholders to jointly develop ways to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness through the appropriate application of technology.Moreover, I have also established relationships with principal suppliers, while working on business plans and with the stakeholders to investigate workflows or business processes to be augmented or enhanced with technology. I commenced my career as Project Engineer with Quest and moved up to the ladder as Team Manager from Apr’02 – Sep’05.My key highlights across the tenure involved successfully managing several complex projects and programs while acting as a key member of Rolls-Royce stress team. I was recognized with the Quarterly Excellence award for Q1 2002, and served as a key contributor to team which developed multimillion-dollar account – PWC,GE, Rolls Royce
