Responsible in the same period for the below departments. Technology department:• Manage local technology teams and suppliers to ensure technology service levels• Ensure that stocks of computer equipment, communications, peripherals. Promoting and managing purchases with the established areas and / or providers and policiesBujsiness Development/Project Management Department:• Supervision a team of two project managers. Promote and execute the BPO's projects, internal or external migrations in accordance with current legislation and guidelines of their superior, ensuring standardization of the model and established methodology, in order to contribute to the objectives set out in the Strategic Plan of the area• Oversee the relationship with assigned clients to achieve migration goals • Support the necessary analyzes within its functional scope for the new BPO, Offshoring, inshoring and corporate integration projects by implementing the T&O modelFinancial Department:• Execute budget analysis facing the fulfillment of the objectives defined with the country address• Perform the accounting activity ,conciliation and exploitation of financial information by corporate finance in order to comply with the applicable regulatory requirements, detect and correct possible deviations / errors.• Prepare reports and reports of financial information to comply with the internal requirements or external entities in a faithful and adjusted manner• Coordinate the process of integrating the budgets of the SBU and the preparation of the global budget of the country as well as its periodic monitoring in order to detect deviations and define the lines of action necessary to correct them.Organization and general services department• Supervision of the office Manager.
