Perform internal HSE audits in Southern-Central Europe (e.g. Poland, Bulgaria) to assure compliance of local HSE systems against the requirements of Global SGS HSE Management System (''OIMS'')

ISO9001) and Inspection Management System (ISO17020 accredited system)• Managing & Implementing the Country HSE Top Page & Quality Objectives• Develop & Facilitate HSE Risk Assessments• Implementing Global HSE programs to assure compliance (Safety Month, Quarterly Campaigns, SGS Rules for Life, Stop Work Authority, BBS etc.)• Linking the Regional HSE Strategy to the country activities assuring alignment• Determine training needs of operating staff in liaison with local management• Develop educational materials including QHSE e-courses via globally provided e-Learning Management System (platform)• Ensure QHSE training is aligned with QHSE Management Systems and local regulatory requirements and is conducted at country level• Deliver QHSE training (face-to-face, on-the-job, e-learning) to operating staff and new employees (Induction programs)• Ensure operational implementation of Global HSE Management System (''OIMS'') and local regulatory requirements through use of global assessment tools and auditing/assurance processes• Ensure reporting and management of HSE related incidents, near misses, hazards, KPIs and best practices in accordance with group expectations• Coordinating the location/site HSE Coordinator• Managing & Implementing HSE Leadership Visits and internal quality & field audits• Provide HSE technical guidance to businesses and operating staff• Ensure implementation of Global Integrity programs (SGS Code of Integrity, Annual Integrity Training, Integrity Talks) to local staff and freelancers

SGS Minerals Services:SGS Minerals Services provides support to clients in the greater minerals sector both as strategic partner and technical advisor. Through our global network of operations and laboratories, we deliver a broad spectrum of independent services for coal and coke, precious and base metals, steel and steelmaking raw materials, bio-fuels, fertilizers, cement, industrial minerals and diamonds.Responsibilities:• Ensure all tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and compliance requirements• Delegation and coordination of inspection orders to local field staff and subcontractors/freelancers• Maintain the local back-office systems as well as job registers, inventory registers and sample registers• Complete accurate reports in a timely manner to ensure all information reported is delivered as per customer time frame• Communicate with customers to initiate or carry out their requirements to maintain optimum customer satisfaction• Carry out all activities in a safety-conscious manner to ensure compliance of all Group, customer and regulatory HSE requirements• Identify potential business opportunities to local management• Report business KPIs to local management• Coordinate & deliver internal field technical audits of operational staff
