– Revision and acceptance of work scope performed by Contractors (well workover, drilling, fracturing, EOR, remedial cementing and other services);– Payment schedule drafting and monitoring; – Planning, auditing and controlling Contractor’s Upgrade Programs;– Monitoring operational and cost indicators of investment projects.

– Business Plan drafting, revision and monitoring;– Budget and financial control of operating expenses;– Drafting documentation required by contractor to accept the performed work scope.
