The project I've been leading was focused on building bonus platform for Italian and Spanish markets in gambling business. My role was to drive the development and product life cycle with a team of 7 Software Engineers. I've worked closely with product and team, defined the business needs and brought product to the top industry level. Besides team leading and mentoring, I was working on the features implementation, especially those that are critical for the product.Before that, I was working on William Hill based sports betting platform, leading the team of 5 Software Engineers.

Being a Development Lead on Guest Experience solution, a suite that builds a single system of records for guest information shared across hotel staff, systems, operations, and service delivery. Leading a team of 6 Developers and Software Engineers in test where developing the booking engine platform, used by various number of hotel chains worldwide. My responsibilities were focused on front-end development, driving the Scrum process, mentoring, prototype creation, unit testing, continuous integration setup.

Working on booking systems development in Sabre Hospitality Solutions department. The Guest Experience is a complete green field project, which main goal was sharing the information between guests in different hotels/chains. Worked with ERP System based on Client-Server Architecture, including many functional Modules, such as Payroll, HR, Commercial Management, etc. Working with Payroll and HR modules. Was developing application and product enhancements on front-end, which was a JavaScript framework and on server side, based on Progress 4GL. Besides that, working with Call Management System for the same client, a desktop application. The biggest challenge was to complete migration to .NET 2.0 Framework and prepare the development area for VS 2012.
