 Oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems, including mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain, Test, Evaluate and inspect the operation of critical equipment and systems in order to provide safe and reliable facility infrastructure.  Maintaining a clean, safe work area and perform all work in accordance with SOPs and Health and Safety Guidelines and local codes.  Ability to troubleshoot using a variety of diagnostic tools and standard equipment to isolate malfunctions and apply appropriate corrective actions.  Responsible for daily operational checks which may include maintaining, repairing, lubricating, inspecting, cleaning and testing of equipment.  Legibly and accurately documentation of work performed and work order reports.  Completing required documentation to certify the verification and proper functioning of measurement and test equipment. Use the inventory system to locate and monitor spare parts. Inspecting third party repairs and/or rebuilds for adherence to requirements and the quality of work.  Able to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities.  Maintaining a positive working relationship across the Amazon Facility.

> Read and understand drawings of electrical wiring and controls for the food conveyor system and kitchen ventilation projects.> Build control panels for different types of conveyor systems by installing circuit breakers, PLCs, variables based on frequency drives, switches, and indicator lights based on wiring layouts.> Install photo sensors (including sensor bracket), motors, various types of switches, push buttons, lights, junction box, etc., and connect to the main control panel by pulling wires through the conduits.> Build pollution control units for air management systems of the kitchen which includes installing circuit boards, PLCs, Touchpad screens, Switches, Relays, Contactors, Line Filters, Temperature sensors, Transformers, etc.> Program PLC and HMI and set the parameters based on technical manuals for wash controls and perform testing to check washing operations.> Install the kitchen hood lights with light fixtures (includes HI-pot test), Temperature detectors (RTD), and actuators and connect to the Demand Control ventilation unit through the conduit. Work on installing UV system and UV modules and test to verify its functionality. Perform fault analysis which may need the use of a multimeter and troubleshoot the issues by replacing faulty components.> Prepare a Bill of Material for costing and inventory reports for maintaining components stock for upcoming projects. Provide necessary training to other employees. > Work with supervisor, QA, and team members on analyzing the problems that occurred during projects and find a permeant solution to make continuous improvement.
