    Working with the SAS Program, a large transformation project centralising student administration into a single professional services unit. Responsible for designing, documenting and delivering a knowledge management framework to both ensure key knowledge was not lost in the transition as well as to increase efficiency of operations and allow new staff to be effective in specialist teams. Key activities included extensive stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management, in developing socialising and agreeing a set of process templates, standards, guidelines and document naming conventions for process knowledge within the unit.Designed and coordinated the development and maintenance of a new central knowledge library repository of the teams’ process documentation and other knowledge, based on the cloud-hosted Office 365 SharePoint environment.Together with the wider program team we established a base level of over 750 knowledge articles and process content.Led an effort to cleanse, rebuild and migrate the Credit Precedent Database into the new SharePoint environment. As a result data entry speed and accuracy was greatly increased, allowing updates to be made in real time as opposed to be being deferred until the next quiet period. Worked to embed the knowledge management framework within the teams, running multiple training sessions, engagement workshops and individual coaching sessions to ensure that the allocated knowledge leads in each area were actively participating in maintaining and improving the knowledge library on an ongoing basis.Designed and built a new collaboration site for the Central Program Management Office (CPMO). This space provided university staff a radically different and approachable view of projects, as well as enabled the CPMO team to effectively coordinate internally and distribute updates to best practice tools and templates.

Developed a modular training regime to demonstrate new processes and the new Enterprise Asset Management system to cross-functional staff across Australia. Created training materials for in-person delivery to business based trainers, direct delivery to staff and interactive online training through utilisation of EPAK tool.
