Responsible for the daily operation of HQ INSCOM STDA (Intelligence Security Command SIGINT Technical Development Activities Cell) contractor corps. A total of 40 analysts (SIGINT, geo-spatial and Digital Network Intelligence Analysts). The Area Of Responsibility for STDA is virtually worldwide, responsible for producing Requests For Information (RFI) from the tactical customer to daily/weekly/monthly support to CIA, FBI, DIA, NSA and many other national level agencies along with answering Intelligence Needs (IN) within the Intelligence Community.Site lead for Oberon Associates at HQ INSCOM, managed 3 contracts with a total of 38 Oberon employees working on and off-site to include the continental United States, Europe and SE Asia deployments.
