Pest related problems will be handled quickly and discreetly to ensure that our customers concerns are our concerns.

Responsible for the Nelson Ferry Cap – Lakewood, OH, STANLEY Assembly Technologies – Highland Heights, OH, and Crib Master – Marietta, GA, quality teams. Primary focus will be to work with the quality teams to align performance levels with customer expectations while supporting performance improvements towards achieving operational goals.

Expanded role as Quality Manager for the Cleveland SAT and CribMaster facilities. Continued responsibilities at Assembly Technologies with the addition of oversight and system alignment with the CribMaster quality team for continued performance with meeting established goals and objectives.

Lead quality organization of Stanley Assembly Technologies. Reports to the Director of Operations, and collaborates closely with the Directors of Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure delivery of the best quality and most dependable product to our customers.Essential Job Functions• Responsible for understanding and leading customer satisfaction throughout the facility.• Oversee the quality management system.• Owner of quality KPI’s (warranty costs, customer concerns, COPQ, etc…)• Coordinate supplier development with the Supplier Quality Engineer.• Monitor customer quality concern databases and drive corrective action process. • Oversee communications with suppliers (as appropriate) and customers on quality issues.• Authority to issue return goods authorization and warranty to customers.• Act as voice of quality and take the lead during quality audits and customer visits.• Assists in annual reviews and revisions of quality system procedures and work instructions.• Lead and participate in facility projects.• ISO 9001 leader for the facility

Responsible for supporting all Training Services product lines, including commercial support, product launch development, and communication processes necessary for revenue generation and market penetration. Individual works on projects/business opportunities as assigned by global product manager. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data. Completes assignments as an individual contributor or participates on teams to support ongoing business projects or commercial activities. Interacts directly with Global Business Leads, field sales representatives, product specialists, and business analysts to prepare ongoing marketing activity reports and responds daily to questions from the sales organization, distributors and end-users. Responsibilities include: report generation, website updates, developing marketing literature/presentations, and tracking marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future projects or process improvements.Participate in the implementation of short and long range business plans for multiple product lines consistent with market needs and corporate strategic plansLaunch new product programsDevelop product promotional items including trade show deliverables, product literature, and training commercial programs Participate in cross-functional projects by coordination of schedule, reporting results, communicating requirements, project tracking, and creating deliverablesPerform competitive analysis for new and existing products/servicesManage and communicate marketing report (global) data for commercial or new product decision-makingManage timelines, deliverables and communications related to individual’s projects,Deliver Training Services presentations for field sales and customers as needed

Responsible for the design and release of special applicationsResponsible for editing and development of mechanical drawings using Pro-E Member of the new products development team.Member of product improvement team.Design and editing of castings and molded parts.Responsible for handling all outside and Asian vendor deviation requests.Responsible for vendor / client contact and scope of work documentation.Responsible for monitoring Engineering portion of business system (Navision)

Responsible for producing drawings for Product Releases and Product Line changes utilizing Pro/E.

Responsible for Drawing changes on drawing board and CAD software. Process Engineering Change Notices for product changes.
