Mr. Vaughn was the Executive Vice President of Axium Healthcare Pharmacy with responsibility for Physician Sales, Trade Relations, Pharmacy Compounding and Wholesale Operations. Mr. Vaughn remained a shareholder and executive consultant for Axium through the merger with Kroger Co.
